Potato balls

Ingredients:

500 gr hover for conversion cooked potatoes

1 onion

2 tablespoons parsley

2 eggs

100 gr hover for conversion mature cheese

salt

pepper

breadcrumbs 

3 tablespoons olive oil

 

 

Preparation:

Mash the potatoes.
Mix the mash with the small cut onion, the chopped parsley, 1 egg, the grated cheese and some salt and pepper.
Make of the mixture balls with the size of a walnut.
Beat the remaining egg with a little water.
Coat the potato balls with the beaten egg and the breadcrumbs.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the potato balls nicely brown.
Give potato balls at grilled meat or at meals with chicken.
