Pizza pescatore

Ingredients:

1 recipe pizza dough

1 recipe tomato sauce

200 gr hover for conversion artichoke hearts (small can)

2 cans tuna in oil

50 gr hover for conversion green olives

4 tomatoes 

2 tablespoons capers

salt, pepper

3 teaspoons oregano

tuna oil

Make the pizza crust dough and the tomato sauce according to the basic recipes.

Prepare:

Preheat the oven to 250°C/480°F (fan oven 225°C/440°F).
Drain the artichokes and quarter the large ones and half little ones.
Drain the tuna and keep the oil.
Half the (stoned) olives. Slice the tomatoes.
Cover the risen pizza bottom with the tomato sauce and divide the artichoke hearts, tuna, olives, tomatoes and capers over. Sprinkle with pepper, salt and oregano and two tablespoons tuna-oil.
Bake the pizza about 15 minutes.
