Pizza marinara

Ingredients:

1 recipe pizza dough 

1 recipe tomato sauce 

1 can tuna in oil

100 gr cooked mussels 

100 gr hover for conversion shrimps (fresh or can)

salt

pepper

3 teaspoons dried oregano

2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation:

Make the pizza crust dough and the tomato sauce according to the basic recipes.

Prepare:

Preheat the oven to 250°C/480°F (fan oven 225°C/440°F)
Drain the canned fish, keep the tuna oil.
Cover the risen pizza bottom with the tomato sauce and divide pieces tuna, the mussels and shrimps over the sauce.
Sprinkle with pepper, salt and oregano and some tuna oil.
Bake the pizza in the upper part of the oven about 15 minutes.
