Pizza Margherita

Ingredients:

1 recipe pizza dough

1 recipe tomato sauce 2

2 tomatoes

1 mozzarella ball

12-15 basil leaves

Preparation in advance:

Make the pizza crust dough and the tomato sauce according to the basic recipes.

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 250°C/480°F (fan oven 225°C/440°F).

Spread the tomato sauce over the risen pizza bottom.

Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Divide the slices tomato and mozzarella alternately with the basil leaves on the pizza crust photo recipe.

 

Bake the pizza in the upper part of the oven about 12-15 minutes photo recipe.
