Preparation in advance:Make the pizza crust dough and the tomato sauce according to the basic recipes.How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 250°C/480°F (fan oven 225°C/440°F).Spread the tomato sauce over the risen pizza bottom.Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Divide the slices tomato and mozzarella alternately with the basil leaves on the pizza crust .
Bake the pizza in the upper part of the oven about 12-15 minutes .
