Ingredients:
1 cooked/grilled chicken breast
salt
1 large onion
butter

Make the pizza crust dough and peanut satay sauce according to the basic recipes.
Prepare:
Fry the chopped onion in a little piece butter.
Preheat the oven to 250°C/480°F (fan oven 225°C/440°F).
Cover the risen pizza bottom slightly with satay sauce.
Mix the chicken and half of the fried onion with sauce at taste and divide over the pizza bottom. Top with the rest of the onions.
Bake the pizza approximately 12-15 minutes in the upper part of the oven.
