Cheese pizza 2

Ingredients:

1 recipe pizza bottom dough 

1 recipe tomato sauce 2 

100 gr Gruyère

75 gr hover for conversion mature cheese

1/2 ball mozzarella

100 gr hover for conversion soft goat cheese

Preparation:

Make the pizza crust dough and the tomato sauce according to the basic recipes.

Prepare:

Preheat the oven to 225°C/440°F (fan oven 200°C/395°F).
Cover the risen pizza crust with the tomato sauce.
Garnish the pizza with the sliced Gruyère, slices mature cheese, the sliced mozzarella and little pieces goat cheese .
Bake the pizza approximately 12-15 minutes in the upper part of the oven .
