Preparation in advance:Make the pizza crust dough and the tomato sauce according to the basic recipes.How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 225°C/440°F (fan oven 200°C/395°F).Cover the risen pizza crust with the tomato sauce.Garnish the pizza with the sliced Gruyère, slices mature cheese, the sliced mozzarella and little pieces goat cheese .Bake the pizza approximately 12-15 minutes in the upper part of the oven .
