Wine cake

Ingredients:

250 gr hover for conversion butter or margarine

250 gr hover for conversion sugar

4 eggs

250 gr hover for conversion flour

5 tablespoons cocoa

2 teaspoons cinnamon

3 teaspoons baking powder

150 gr hover for conversion chocolate flakes

125 ml hover for conversion red wine

100 gr hover for conversion chocolate for dipping

(or 2 grated chocolate bars)

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).
Beat butter, sugar and eggs creamy. Sift a mixture of flour, cocoa, cinnamon and baking powder over the creamy butter. Beat to a smooth dough.
Add red wine and chocolate flakes and fold it carefully in the batter.
Grease the cake pan, sprinkle with breadcrumbs or flour and fill it with the batter.
Bake the cake 60-70 minutes.
Melt the chocolate au-bain-marie and pour it over the cake when it has cooled.
