School cake


Ingredients:

450 gr convert conversionwheat flour

350 gr convert conversionbutter or margarine

225 gr convert conversionchopped nuts

350 gr convert conversionraisins

225 gr convert conversionhoney

juice of 3 oranges

4 eggs

springform pan Ø 25 cm

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).

Put the flour in a bowl and crumble the butter in.

Mix with the nuts and the raisins.

Melt the honey and mix with the orange juice and the dry mixture.

Add, while stirring, the eggs and beat well.

Grease the springform and fill with the batter.

Bake the schoolcake 1.5 hour.
