School cake

Ingredients:

450 gr hover for conversion wheat flour

350 gr hover for conversion butter or margarine

225 gr hover for conversion chopped nuts

350 gr hover for conversion raisins

225 gr hover for conversion honey

juice of 3 oranges

4 eggs

springform pan Ø 25 cm

 

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).
Put the flour in a bowl and crumble the butter in.
Mix with the nuts and the raisins.
Melt the honey and mix with the orange juice and the dry mixture.
Add, while stirring, the eggs and beat well.
Grease the springform and fill with the batter.
Bake the schoolcake 1.5 hour.
