Sand cookies

Ingredients:

125 gr hover for conversion butter

125 gr hover for conversion sugar

200 gr hover for conversion flour

2 tablespoons vanilla sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation:

Brown the butter little in a sauce pan and cool.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).
Knead the rest of the ingredients into the butter and make small balls (push optional a little flat).
Place the balls on a greased baking sheet and bake in 10-12 minutes golden brown.
