Chocolate pretzels

Ingredients:

250 gr hover for conversion flour

180 gr hover for conversion butter or margarine

150 gr hover for conversion sugar

1 egg

grated peel of 1/2 lemon

30 gr hover for conversion ground almond

1/2 tablespoon rum

2 tablespoons cocoa

250 gr hover for conversion icing sugar

2 teaspoons cocoa

4-5 tablespoons rum

Preparation:

Sift the flour in a deep bowl and add sliced butter, sugar, egg, lemon grater, almonds, rum and cocoa. Knead to a smooth dough.
Put the dough 1 hour in the fridge to firm.

Prepare:

Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).
Grease and flour a baking pan. Roll of bits of dough thin rolls of about 1/2 cm thick and 12 to 15 cm long and fold the rolls to pretzels.
Push the ends carefully. Bake the pretzels for 10-12 minutes in the middle of the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
Make a glaze of icing sugar, rum and cocoa and brush it over the cookies.
