Preparation in advance:Sift the flour in a deep bowl and add sliced butter, sugar, egg, lemon grater, almonds, rum and cocoa. Knead to a smooth dough.Put the dough 1 hour in the fridge to firm.How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).Grease and flour a baking pan. Roll of bits of dough thin rolls of about 1/2 cm thick and 12 to 15 cm long and fold the rolls to pretzels.Push the ends carefully. Bake the pretzels for 10-12 minutes in the middle of the oven and let cool on a wire rack.Make a glaze of icing sugar, rum and cocoa and brush it over the cookies.
