Cake 2Ingredients:200-250 gr butter or margarine200-250 gr sugar2 tablespoons vanilla sugar3 eggs500 gr flour3 teaspoons baking powder2-3 tablespoons milk

How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).Put the soft butter in a bowl.Add all the ingredients and beat with a mixer 2 minutes on highest speed.
Pour or spoon the batter in the greased cake pan and bake the cake 60-80 minutes.Cover the cake, if it gets brown to fast, with a piece aluminium foil.Cool on a wire rack.
