Cake 2

Ingredients:

200-250 gr hover for conversion butter or margarine

200-250 gr hover for conversion sugar

2 tablespoons vanilla sugar

3 eggs

500 gr hover for conversion flour

3 teaspoons baking powder 

2-3 tablespoons milk

cake baking pan

 

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).
Put the soft butter in a bowl.
Add all the ingredients and beat with a mixer 2 minutes on highest speed.
 
Pour or spoon the batter in the greased cake pan and bake the cake 60-80 minutes.
Cover the cake, if it gets brown to fast, with a piece aluminium foil.
Cool on a wire rack.
