Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe cake, pie and pastry makingPreheat the oven to 175°C/350°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).Put the soft butter in a bowl.Add all the ingredients and beat with a mixer 2 minutes on highest speed.Pour or spoon the batter in the greased cake pan and bake the cake 60-80 minutes.Cover the cake, if it gets brown to fast, with a piece aluminium foil.Cool on a wire rack. |
