Banana cake

Ingredients:

150 gr hover for conversion butter or margarine

grated peel of 1 lemon

150 gr hover for conversion sugar

2 eggs

300 gr hover for conversion flour

75 gr hover for conversion cornstarch

2 teaspoons baking powder

4 tablespoons milk

4 bananas

40 gr hover for conversion sliced almonds

icing sugar

springform Ø 22-24 cm

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).
Beat the butter creamy and add lemon grater, sugar and eggs.
Mix the flour with cornstarch and baking powder and add it with the milk to the butter.
Beat well till the dough is airely.
Pour or spoon half of the batter in a greased springform pan.
Peel the bananas, cut into slices and divide with the almonds over the batter.
Cover with the remaining batter and bake the cake 80-90 minutes.
Sprinkle icing sugar over when the banana cake has cooled.
