How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 210°C/400°F (fan oven 190°C/375°F).
Grease a baking sheet. Put chopped walnuts, sugar, cinnamon and butter for the stuffing in a small bowl and mix well.
Take 1 sheet of phyllo dough and cover the rest to prevent drying.
Put the sheet on the working surface, coat with melted butter and fold once.
Cut the dough in three strips and spoon a large teaspoon stuffing on the end.
Wrap the dough around the stuffing while folding the edges to the middle
.
Place the rolls on the baking sheet and coat with melted butter.
Repeat with rest of the dough. Bake the rolls 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
Mix meanwhile the sugar for the syrup with the honey and water in a sauce pan.
Heat while stirring over low heat.
Stir till the sugar is dissolved. Bring the mixture to a boil,
lower the heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the orange water.
Coat the warm rolls on a wire rack with the warm syrup and place on a plate
