Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe cookies, pie and pastry makingPreheat the oven to 210°C/400°F (fan oven 190°C/375°F).Grease a baking sheet. Put chopped walnuts, sugar, cinnamon and butter for the stuffing in a small bowl and mix well.Take 1 sheet of fillo dough and cover the rest to prevent drying.
Put the sheet on the working surface, coat with melted butter and fold once.
Cut the dough in three strips and spoon a large teaspoon stuffing on the end.
Wrap the dough around the stuffing while folding the edges to the middle
