Ingredients:
125 gr butter or margarine
75 gr
brown cooled butter
grated peel of 1 lemon
180 gr sugar
375 gr flour
pitted drained cherries or marasquin cherries
250 gr icing sugar
2 tablespoons arak

Beat the butter creamy with the browned butter.
Add yolks, lemon grater and sugar, stir well and add the flour.
Make small balls of the dough, put on a greased baking sheet and place the sheet 1 to 2 hours at a cold place.
Prepare:
Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).
Push in every ball a cherry and place the plate in the middle of the baking oven. Bake the cookies 10-15 minutes.
Stir the icing sugar smooth with 1 tablespoon hot water and the arak and cover the cooled cookies.
