How to prepare:Soak the skewers 30 minutes in water.Cut the slices bacon in 3 pieces.Wrap each stoned plum in a piece of bacon and fix it with a skewer.Take the oysters from the shell or drain cooked oysters. Sprinkle with worcester sauce and pepper. Wrap the oysters in bacon too and fix with a skewer.Grill the plums and oysters on the barbecue and turn regular until the bacon is crisp.Serve hot, sprinkle with little tabasco.
