Ingredients:

8 slices bacon

12 dried plums

12 oysters

2 tablespoons worcestersauce

tabasco at flavour

 

24 cocktail skewers/tooth picks

 

 

Preparation:

Soak the skewers 30 minutes in water.
Cut the slices bacon in 3 pieces.
Wrap each stoned plum in a piece of bacon and fix it with a skewer.
Take the oysters from the shell or drain cooked oysters. Sprinkle with worcester sauce and pepper. Wrap the oysters in bacon too and fix with a skewer.
Grill the plums and oysters on the barbecue and turn regular until the bacon is crisp.
Serve hot, sprinkle with a little tabasco.
