Bell pepper & prosciutto pies

Ingredients:

1 small red bell pepper

125 gr hover for conversion flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

salt

3 dl hover for conversion buttermilk

1 egg

50 gr hover for conversion butter

130 gr hover for conversion canned corn

1 tablespoon chives

2.5 dl hover for conversion crème fraiche

5 slices prosciutto

(extra chives)

Cut the bell pepper in 3-4 large pieces and remove seeds and white ribs.
Roast according to the roasted bell pepper recipe. Chop to small pieces.
Sift flour, baking soda and a pinch salt in a bowl and make a hole in the middle. Mix buttermilk, egg and melted butter, add to the flour and stir to a batter. Add bell pepper, corn and chives.
Heat butter or oil in a frying pan. Spoon 2 teaspoons batter for each pie in the pan with a little space in between. Fry the pies until bubbles appear, turn and fry till brown. Keep hot on a plate and cover with a dish towel.
Spoon 1 teaspoon crème fraiche on the pies and top with some prosciutto.
Garnish with fresh chives.
