Preparation in advance:
Quarter the bell peppers and remove the seeds and white membranes.
Roast according to the roasted bell pepper recipe. Mix the soft cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped spring onions, chopped oregano, chopped capers and chopped pine nuts.
Put bell pepper on a slice parma ham and cut to the same size. Remove the bell pepper and spread the ham with the cheese mixture. Place the bell pepper back on and spread with the cheese mixture too. Roll the slices as firm as possible from the smallest side. Cover with foil and place an hour in the fridge to firm.
How to prepare:
Cut the rolls in slices of 1 cm and fix with a cocktail stick.
