Ingredients:100 gr frites sticks4 tablespoons oriental fried onion1 teaspoon sambal2 tablespoons warm water2 tablespoons sugar |
Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - oriental recipes, potato recipesDissolve the sugar in the warm water.Mix the sugar water, the sambal and the fried shallots in a cold frying pan.Put the pan over high heat and add the fritessticks.Stir fry the mixture some minutes until the fritessticks are hot and the bottom of the frying pan is dry.Let the sambal goreng kentang cool in the pan while stirring from time to time
