Sambal Goreng Kentang


100 gr frites sticks

4 tablespoons oriental fried onion

1 teaspoon sambal

2 tablespoons warm water

2 tablespoons sugar

How to prepare:

Dissolve the sugar in the warm water.

Mix the sugar water, the sambal and the fried shallots in a cold frying pan.

Put the pan over high heat and add the fritessticks.

Stir fry the mixture some minutes until the fritessticks are hot and the bottom of the frying pan is dry.

Let the sambal goreng kentang cool in the pan while stirring from time to time photo recipe.

You can change the recipe: optional more sambal for hotter, some more sugar when you prefer sweeter.

Do you have enough spare time? Make your own fritessticks and fry 1 chopped onion.
