Frites sticks

Go to all recipes for: Potatoes, Deep-fry 

Ingredients:

500 gr hover for conversion potatoes

4 tablespoons flour

1-2 teaspoons salt

(herbs like: paprika powder, garlic powder, cajun spices, cayenne pepper)

oil for frying

 

 

Preparation:

Mix the flour and salt well.
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut in match-thin pieces.
Mix the fritessticks immediate with the flour mixture.
Deep-fry the fries in portions in 10 minutes crispy.
Drain in a bowl with kitchen paper and sprinkle optional with salt and herbs.
 
Variation: make you're own sambal goreng kentang .
