How to prepare:Mix the flour and salt well.Peel the potatoes, wash and cut in match-thin pieces.Mix the fritessticks immediate with the flour mixture.Deep-fry the fries in portions in 10 minutes crispy.Drain in a bowl with kitchen paper and sprinkle optional with salt and herbs.
Variation: make you're own sambal goreng kentang .
