Grilled shiitake


Ingredients:

400 gr convert conversionshiitakes

2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

2 tablespoons sweet sherry

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon chives

1 teaspoon sesame oil

 

1-2 tablespoons sesame seed

10 sprigs chives

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).

Clean the shii-takes with wet kitchenpaper and remove the stems. Place in a bowl, half the largest ones optional.

Mix the teriyaki sauce, sherry, sugar, chopped chives and sesame oil well, pour over the shii-takes, stir well and let marinate about 5 minutes.

Cover a baking sheet with foil, sprinkle the sesame seeds over and roast golden brown.

Place the shii-takes on a baking sheet, sprinkle with half of the marinade and grill 5 minutes. Turn the shiitakes, sprinkle with the rest of the marinade and grill another 5 minutes.

Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped chives.
