Grilled shiitakeIngredients:400 gr shiitakes2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce2 tablespoons sweet sherry1 tablespoon sugar1 tablespoon chives1 teaspoon sesame oil

How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).Clean the shii-takes with wet kitchenpaper and remove the stems. Place in a bowl, half the largest ones optional.Mix the teriyaki sauce, sherry, sugar, chopped chives and sesame oil well, pour over the shii-takes, stir well and let marinate about 5 minutes.Cover a baking sheet with foil, sprinkle the sesame seeds over and roast golden brown.Place the shii-takes on a baking sheet, sprinkle with half of the marinade and grill 5 minutes. Turn the shiitakes, sprinkle with the rest of the marinade and grill another 5 minutes.Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped chives.
