Mushrooms in red wineIngredients:1 tablespoon butter1 tablespoon olive oil400 gr mushrooms10 cocktail onions1 dl red wine1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon dill2 tablespoons coriandersalt, pepper

How to prepare:Cut the stems off the mushrooms and quarter.Melt the butter with the olive oil in a pan and add the quartered cocktail onions and the mushrooms.Stir fry for about 3 to 5 minutes.Add wine and lemon juice and bring to a boil.Simmer for 15 minutes, remove from the heat and add the chopped coriander and dill.Add at flavour salt and pepper.Put the mushrooms, in the wine mixture, in an airtight jar and let marinate for 2 days.
