Mushrooms in red wine
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
10 cocktail onions
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon dill
2 tablespoons coriander

How to prepare:
Cut the stems off the mushrooms and quarter.
Melt the butter with the olive oil in a pan and add the quartered cocktail onions and the mushrooms.
Stir fry for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Add wine and lemon juice and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 15 minutes, remove from the heat and add the chopped coriander and dill.
Add at flavour salt and pepper.
Put the mushrooms, in the wine mixture, in an airtight jar and let marinate for 2 days.
