Stuffed mushrooms(28 pcs)Ingredients:28 large mushrooms40 gr butter1 onion200 gr mixed ground beef and pork60 gr chorizo1 tablespoon tomato paste1 dl water2 tablespoons bread crumbs

How to prepare:Break the stalks off the mushrooms. Chop the stalks and set aside.Melt the butter in a frying pan over low heat and fry chopped onion till soft. Turn the heat up, add ground beef and fry in 1 minute to crumbs.Add stalks and chopped chorizo. Fry in about 1 minute dry and brown.Add tomato paste and water. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer 5 minutes till the mixture thickens. Mix the breadcrumbs into the mixture and let cool in a bowl.Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).Grease a baking sheet. Fill the mushrooms with the meat mixture. Place the mushrooms on the baking sheet and place 10-15 minutes the oven.Sprinkle parsley over and serve hot.
