Stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients:

28 large mushrooms

40 gr butter convert conversion

1 onion

200 gr convert conversionmixed ground beef and pork

60 gr convert conversionchorizo

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1 dl water convert conversion

2 tablespoons bread crumbs

 

1 tablespoon parsley

How to prepare:

Break the stalks off the mushrooms. Chop the stalks and set aside.

Melt the butter in a frying pan over low heat and fry chopped onion till soft. Turn the heat up, add ground beef and fry in 1 minute to crumbs.

Add stalks and chopped chorizo. Fry in about 1 minute dry and brown.

Add tomato paste and water. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer 5 minutes till the mixture thickens. Mix the breadcrumbs into the mixture and let cool in a bowl.

Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).

Grease a baking sheet. Fill the mushrooms with the meat mixture. Place the mushrooms on the baking sheet and place 10-15 minutes the oven.

Sprinkle parsley over and serve hot.
