Stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients:

4 giant mushrooms

(portabello)

50-100 gr hover for conversion ground beef

1 onion

1/2 teaspoon paprika powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon parsley

2 tablespoons grated cheese

little butter

Preparation:

Whipe the mushrooms clean.
Remove the stalks from the portabellos and chop the stalks.
Chop the onion and fry with the chopped stalks about 10 minutes.
Let cool and mix with ground beef, paprika powder, garlic powder, 1.5 tablespoons grated cheese and parsley.
Fill the mushrooms with the mixture and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over.
Melt the butter in a large frying pan over low heat and place the mushrooms in the pan. Cover the pan and simmer over low heat simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Serve hot.
