Mushroom doughnuts

Ingredients:

400 gr hover for conversion large mushrooms

 

150 gr hover for conversion self raising flour

some salt

± 2 dl hover for conversion milk or beer

 

extra:

oil for frying

 

Preparation:

Clean the mushrooms and cut optional the stalk.
Make an yogurt thick batter of selfraising flour, salt and (a part of) the milk or beer.
Heat the oil to 175°C/350°F.
Coat the mushrooms one by one with the batter using a fork and put into the oil.
Fry 5 ą 6 mushrooms fritters at the same time until golden brown.
Drain on kitchen paper and serve with a sauce optional.
