Mushroom doughnutsIngredients:400 gr large mushrooms
150 gr self raising floursome salt± 2 dl milk or beer
extra:oil for frying

How to prepare:Clean the mushrooms and cut optional the stalk.Make an yogurt thick batter of selfraising flour, salt and (a part of) the milk or beer.Heat the oil to 175°C/350°F.Coat the mushrooms one by one with the batter using a fork and put into the oil.Fry 5 à 6 mushrooms fritters at the same time until golden brown.Drain on kitchen paper and serve with a sauce optional.
