Italian small meatballs 2

( 20-30 pcs)


Ingredients:

300 gr convert conversionlean ground beef

1 small onion or shallot

1 or 2 garlic cloves

40 gr convert conversionbread crumbs of fresh white bread

40 gr convert conversionblack olives

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon parsley

oil for frying

How to prepare:

Combine grated onion, pressed garlic, breadcrumbs, chopped and stoned olives, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper and the ground beef.

Knead untill firm.

Roll about 20-30 small meatballs (best with wet hands).

Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs nicely brown or grill them, threaded to soaked skewers, on the barbecue.
