Italian small meatballs 2

Ingredients:

300 gr hover for conversion lean ground beef

1 small onion or shallot

1 garlic clove

40 gr hover for conversion bread crumbs of fresh white bread

40 gr hover for conversion black olives

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon parsley

oil for frying

 

Preparation:

Mix grated onion, pressed garlic, breadcrumbs, chopped and stoned olives, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper with the ground beef.
Knead untill firm.
Make of 1 large teaspoon ground beef small meatballs (best with wet hands).
Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs nicely brown or grill them, threaded to soaked skewers, on the barbecue.
