Italian small meatballs 2(± 20-30 pcs)Ingredients:300 gr lean ground beef1 small onion or shallot1 or 2 garlic cloves40 gr bread crumbs of fresh white bread40 gr black olives1 teaspoon dried oregano1 teaspoon parsleyoil for frying

How to prepare:Combine grated onion, pressed garlic, breadcrumbs, chopped and stoned olives, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper and the ground beef.Knead untill firm.Roll about 20-30 small meatballs (best with wet hands).Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs nicely brown or grill them, threaded to soaked skewers, on the barbecue.
