Crostini with air dried ham and figs

Ingredients:

12 slices French bread

4 tablespoons olive oil

12 slices parma ham

4 fresh figs

 

 

Preparation:

Brush the slices French bread with a little olive oil, place under the grill and roast on both sides golden brown.
 
Garnish with a slice parma ham and a part of a quartered fig.
