Crostini with air dried ham and figs

12 slices French bread

4 tablespoons olive oil

12 slices parma ham

4 fresh figs

How to prepare:

Brush the slices French bread with little olive oil, place under the grill and roast golden brown on both sides.

Garnish with a slice parma ham and a quartered fig.
