Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - prawn recipes, fish recipesMince the peeled shrimps, chopped spring onion, lemon grass, pressed garlic, egg white, oil, chopped coriander leaves, sauces and lemon juice in a kitchen machine to a homogenous mass.Spread crustless bread thick with the shrimp mixture, sprinkle with some sesame seeds and cut each slice in 4 triangles (and place in the freezer).Heat 1-2 cm oil in a pan and fry the shrimp toast 2-3 minutes with the shrimp mixture down. Turn and fry the other side in 1 minute golden brown and crisp.Drain on kitchen paper
