Ingredients:
200 gr gamba's
1 egg
50 gr flour
salt
5-6 tablespoons grated cheese
1/2 dl milk

Separate the egg and beat the egg white to peaks.
Stir of flour, salt, the beaten egg yolk, cheese and milk a smooth batter.
Fold the well beaten egg white carefully into the batter.
Coat the (peeled) gamba's completely with the batter and fry in hot frying fat.
(After frying cheese gamba's you can throw the oil away ! )
Serve with segments lemon and garnish with parsley.
