Fried salmon


Ingredients:

400 gr convert conversioncanned pink salmon

1 medium potato

1 spring onion

1 tablespoon breadcrumbs

1 egg

2 tablespoons oil

How to prepare:

Drain the salmon well. Remove bones and skin.

Mash the salmon with a fork in a bowl.

Add the grated potato (press redundant fluid), chopped spring onion, breadcrumbs and the beaten egg and mix well.

Divide the mixture in 8 portions and shape hamburgers of about Ø 7 cm.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon burgers, on medium heat, during 3 minutes on both sides golden brown.

Serve with tomato salsa.
