Fried salmonIngredients:400 gr canned pink salmon1 medium potato1 spring onion1 tablespoon breadcrumbs1 egg2 tablespoons oil

How to prepare:Drain the salmon well. Remove bones and skin.Mash the salmon with a fork in a bowl.Add the grated potato (press redundant fluid), chopped spring onion, breadcrumbs and the beaten egg and mix well.Divide the mixture in 8 portions and shape hamburgers of about Ø 7 cm.Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon burgers, on medium heat, during 3 minutes on both sides golden brown.Serve with tomato salsa.
