Glühwein

Ingredients:

1/2 orange

1/2 lemon

1 bottle red wine

2.5 dl water convert conversion

4 cloves

1 cinnamon stick

100 gr convert conversionsugar

How to prepare:

Slice the orange and lemon. Remove the pits.

Heat the wine with the water, the sliced orange and lemon, herbs and sugar, until the fluid is almost boiling. Lower the heat.

Keep the drink hot for 15 minutes over very low heat (don't let boil).

 

Pour the glühwein through a strainer in glasses or in earthenware bowls which have been preheated.
