Elder flowers syrupIngredients:20 elder flower clusters1 liter waterjuice of 1/2 lemon750 gr jelly sugar
extra:2 liter preserving jar

How to prepare:Shake the flowers well outside, wash carefully and drain.Bring the water with lemon juice and jelly sugar to a boil and cook 2 minutes.Pour the syrup in a well cleaned jar.Put the elder umbels in the syrup, close the bottle and let rest about 4 weeks .Sift the syrup, pour it in sterilised bottles and close.
