Ingredients:20 elder flower clusters1 liter

Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe cannings, drinks, lemonadeShake the flowers well outside, wash carefully and drain.Bring the water with lemon juice and jelly sugar to a boil and cook 2 minutes.Pour the syrup in a well cleaned jar of 2 liter.Put the elder umbels in the syrup, close the bottle and let rest about 4 weeks.Sift the syrup, pour it in sterilised bottles and close. |
