Chocolate milk

(Dutch chocolademelk)


1 part cocoa

2 parts sugar

(anise cube)

(whole) milk

(whipped cream)

Preparation in advance:

Sift the cocoa and mix it well with the sugar.

Add optional at 200 gr convert conversionmixture one teaspoon ground anise cube.

Keep the basic mixture in a airtight jar: always ready for use.

How to prepare:

Bring in a pan milk almost to a boil and add at flavour (approximately 4-5 large tablespoons for 1 liter) the cocoa mixture. Beat well with a whisk photo recipe.

Delicious on a cold evening with whipped cream, as LaMumba and of course the drink for the Dutch "Sinterklaas" evening photo recipe.
