Chocolate milk(Dutch chocolademelk)Ingredients:1 part cocoa2 parts sugar(anise cube)

Preparation in advance:Sift the cocoa and mix it well with the sugar.Add optional at 200 gr mixture one teaspoon ground anise cube.Keep the basic mixture in a airtight jar: always ready for use.How to prepare:Bring in a pan milk almost to a boil and add at flavour (approximately 4-5 large tablespoons for 1 liter) the cocoa mixture. Beat well with a whisk .
Delicious on a cold evening with whipped cream, as LaMumba and of course the drink for the Dutch "Sinterklaas" evening .
