Bishop wine (Dutch Bisshopswijn)Ingredients:1 lemon25 cloves1 tablespoon cinnamon1 liter red wine1 liter red berry winesugar

How to prepare:Wash the lemon well and prick it with all the cloves.Put the lemon, cinnamon, the red wine and berry wine in a pan.Heat the wine up to 60 à 70°C (150°F), definitely don't let boil.Keep the drink 1 hour on this temparature and remove lemon.
Serve the Bishops wine as hot as possible in large wine glasses and add at flavour sugar.
