Mango ice

Ingredients:

5 dl hover for conversion cream 

2.5 dl hover for conversion milk 

mango pulp, made of 3 mashed mangos

200 gr hover for conversion sugar 

1 tablespoon lemon juice

 

1-2 mangos

cluster white grapes

1 eggwhite

Stir the unwhipped cream, milk, mango pulp, sugar and juice well. (If you have an ice machine, follow the instructions of the manufacturer if not: )
Put the mixture in a bowl and place in the freezer.
Stir well every time the edges are starting to freeze. Freeze and stir till the ice is firm.
Make, while the ice is freezing, the decoration:
Wash and drain the grapes. Dry well with kitchen paper. Stir the egg white slightly with a fork and coat the grapes. Dip the grapes in sugar to make a sugarlayer.
Let the grapes dry on a wire rack.
Arrange, just before serving, ice, slices mango and grapes on dessert plates.
