Mango iceIngredients:5 dl cream2.5 dl milkmango pulp, made of 3 mashed mangos200 gr sugar1 tablespoon lemon juice
1-2 mangoscluster white grapes1 eggwhite

How to prepare:Stir the unwhipped cream, milk, mango pulp, sugar and juice well. (If you have an ice machine, follow the instructions of the manufacturer if not: )Put the mixture in a bowl and place in the freezer.Stir well every time the edges are starting to freeze. Freeze and stir till the ice is firm.Make, while the ice is freezing, the decoration:Wash and drain the grapes. Dry well with kitchen paper. Stir the egg white slightly with a fork and coat the grapes. Dip the grapes in sugar to make a sugarlayer.Let the grapes dry on a wire rack.Arrange, just before serving, ice, slices mango and grapes on dessert plates.
