Chicken in sesame coatIngredients:4 chicken breasts60 ml teriyaki sauce1 tablespoon chili sauce1 tablespoon yogurt2 teaspoons curry powder
100 gr cornflakes40 gr sesame seeds5 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Preparation in advance:Mix the sliced chicken in a bowl with the teriyaki sauce, chili sauce, yogurt and curry. Stir well and place the bowl overnight, covered, in the fridge.How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F.Mix chopped cornflakes, sesame seeds and grated Parmesan cheese.Drain the chicken strips a little and coat with the cornflakes-mixture (best if you put the flakes-mixture in a plastic bag and shake with the chicken strips).Place the pieces chicken next to each other on a greased baking sheet.Bake or grill 20-25 minutes until golden brown.Serve hot with sweet-sour sauce.
