Chicken in sesame coat


4 chicken breasts

60 ml convert conversionteriyaki sauce

1 tablespoon chili sauce

1 tablespoon yogurt

2 teaspoons curry powder

100 gr convert conversioncornflakes

40 gr convert conversionsesame seeds

5 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Preparation in advance:

Mix the sliced chicken in a bowl with the teriyaki sauce, chili sauce, yogurt and curry. Stir well and place the bowl overnight, covered, in the fridge.

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 190C/375F.

Mix chopped cornflakes, sesame seeds and grated Parmesan cheese.

Drain the chicken strips a little and coat with the cornflakes-mixture (best if you put the flakes-mixture in a plastic bag and shake with the chicken strips).

Place the pieces chicken next to each other on a greased baking sheet.

Bake or grill 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Serve hot with sweet-sour sauce.
