Chicken in sesame coat

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts

60 ml hover for conversion teriyaki sauce

1 tablespoon chili sauce

1 tablespoon yogurt

2 teaspoons curry powder

 

100 gr hover for conversion cornflakes

40 gr hover for conversion sesame seeds

5 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Mix the sliced chicken in a bowl with the teriyaki sauce, chili sauce, yogurt and curry. Stir well and place the bowl a night covered in the fridge.

Prepare:

Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F.
Mix chopped cornflakes, sesame seeds and grated Parmesan cheese.
Drain the chicken strips a little and coat with the cornflakes-mixture (best if you put the flakes-mixture in a plastic bag and shake with the chicken strips).
Place the pieces chicken next to each other on a greased baking sheet.
Bake or grill in 20-25 minutes golden brown.
Serve hot with sweet-sour sauce.
