Ingredients:4 chicken breasts60 ml

Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - chicken meals, orientalMix the sliced chicken in a bowl with the teriyaki sauce, chili sauce, yogurt and curry. Stir well and place the bowl a night covered in the fridge.Prepare:Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F.Mix chopped cornflakes, sesame seeds and grated Parmesan cheese.Drain the chicken strips a little and coat with the cornflakes-mixture (best if you put the flakes-mixture in a plastic bag and shake with the chicken strips).Place the pieces chicken next to each other on a greased baking sheet.Bake or grill in 20-25 minutes golden brown.Serve hot with sweet-sour sauce. |
