Chicken cocktail

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts

1/2 liter hover for conversion water

1 chicken soup base tablet

1 sweet-sour apple

lemon juice

2 pineapple slices

 

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon ginger syrup

2 teaspoons curry powder

salt and pepper

sugar

some leaves iceberg lettuce

Bring the water with the soup base tablet to a boil. Add the chicken breast, bring to a boil again and simmer the chicken very softly for 20 minutes. Let cool.
Dice the chicken meat and apple (sprinkle the apple pieces with lemon juice against colouring) and cut the pineapple slices in pieces. Mix in a bowl.
Stir curry powder, ginger syrup and little salt, pepper and sugar into the mayonnaise. Mix the sauce with the chicken and let rest for 15 minutes.
Coat 4 plates with lettuce leaves and divide the chicken cocktail.
Serve optional with toasted bread and butter or crackers.
