Texmex cheese cookies(± 80 pcs)Ingredients:225 gr flour1 teaspoon chili powder1 teaspoon garlic salt0.5 teaspoon paprika powder200 gr butter1 egg200 gr cheddar

How to prepare:Sift flour, chili powder, garlic salt and paprika powder in a bowl.Rub, with the fingertips, bits butter into the flour till the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add beaten egg and grated cheese and knead, with cold hands, quickly to a coherent dough.Wrap the dough in foil and let rest about 20 minutes in the fridge.Preheat the oven to 210°C/400°F (fan oven 190°C/375°F).Grease 2 baking sheets slightly with melted butter.Roll the dough, on a flour dusted working surface, to a sheet of 3 mm thick. Cut stars or circles of 6 cm. Place the cheese cookies with a spatula on the baking sheets.Bake the cheese cookies 12-14 minutes until golden brown.Let cool 2 minutes on the baking sheet.
