Ingredients:
2 slices sandwich bread
butter
1 or 2 slices pineapple
parsley
1 slice cheese
1 slice (cooked) ham
extra:
tosti-iron

Preparation:

Butter both slices of bread on one side with a little butter.
Put on one buttered side the ham and the pineapple. Garnish with a little parsley.
Cover with the cheese and finally the other slice of bread with the greased side in.
Heat the toast and grill iron (or use a covered baking pan) and grill the tosti until it's golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Variations:
- For a regular filled grilled sandwich: use only ham and cheese.
- Replace the pineapple with banana and sprinkle with a little icing sugar.
- Garnish with cheese and strawberry jelly (also great in a pita bun !).
- Use herb cheese or nettle cheese instead of normal cheese.
