How to prepare:Cut the French bread or the ciabatta in slices of 1 cm.Toast on both sides golden brown.
Prepare the bell peppers according to the recipe of roasted bell peppers.Cut the bell peppers in thin strips and place in a bowl.Add the pressed garlic cloves and the very thin sliced onion.Sprinkle the mixture with olive oil and balsamico vinegar.Garnish the toasted bread with this mixture.
