Bruschetta garnished with roasted bell pepper


Ingredients:

1 French bread or ciabatta

1 red bell pepper

1 green bell pepper

1 yellow bell pepper

2 garlic cloves

1 onion

1.5 tablespoons olive oil

1.5 tablespoons balsamico vinegar

How to prepare:

Cut the French bread or the ciabatta in slices of 1 cm.

Toast on both sides golden brown.

 

Prepare the bell peppers according to the recipe of roasted bell peppers.

Cut the bell peppers in thin strips and place in a bowl.

Add the pressed garlic cloves and the very thin sliced onion.

Sprinkle the mixture with olive oil and balsamico vinegar.

Garnish the toasted bread with this mixture.
