Ciabatta


Ingredients:

350 gr flour convert conversion

2.2 dl water convert conversion

2 teaspoons dried yeast

1 teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon olive oil

salt

Preparation in advance:

Mix yeast with sugar and some of the lukewarm water and let rest for 10 minutes.

Sift flour and salt in a bowl.

Mix the yeast-mixture well with the rest of the lukewarm water and add to the sifted flour.

Knead the dough some minutes well till smooth.

Roll to a flat rectangle of 10 x 40 cm and let, covered, rise for about 30 minutes.

Cut the dough in 2 pieces, pull it a little lenghtwise (do not knead) and let, covered, rise 30 minutes. Dust with some flour and let rise at least an hour photo recipe.

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F (fan oven 200°C/395°F).

Bake the ciabatta about 20 minutes photo recipe.
