Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe baking your own bread, stuffed bunsMix yeast with sugar and some lukewarm water and let rest for 10 minutes.Sift flour and salt in a bowl.Mix the yeast-mixture well with the rest of the lukewarm water and add to the sifted flour.Knead the dough some minutes well till smooth.Roll to a flat rectangle of 10 x 40 cm and let, covered, rise for about 30 minutes.Cut the dough in 2 pieces, pull it a little in the length (do not knead) and let, covered, rise 30 minutes. Dust with some flour and let rise at least an hour
