Bruschetta with Mozzarella


1 ciabatta

olive oil

150 gr Mozzarella

2 tomatoes

3 tablespoons fresh basil leaves

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

How to prepare:

Cut the ciabatta in slices of 1 cm and sprinkle with little olive oil.

Toast on both sides golden brown.

Peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds.

Mix the small cubed mozzarella, in pieces torn basil leaves, the in small pieces sliced tomatoes, oregano and the olive oil in a bowl. Add at flavour pepper and salt.

Let the mixture rest at room temperature for at least an hour.

Divide the mixture over the toast.
