Ground beef kebab(± 20 pcs)Ingredients:350 gr ground beefbreadcrumbs2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce4 tablespoons sweet chili sauce2 garlic cloves1 red bell pepper1 large onion

Preparation in advance:Press the garlic cloves in a press or cut very fine.Mix all ingredients. Add breadcrumbs until you have a firm mixture.Let the ground beef mixture rest for 10 minutes.Cut onion and bell pepper in 1 cm squares.How to prepare:Soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes.Make small balls with the size of a soup ball and thread alternate with pieces onion and bell pepper to the skewers.Fry the kebabs all brown in about 12 minutes.Delicious with tzatziki sauce.
