Ground beef kebab

Ingredients:

350 gr hover for conversion ground beef

breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce 

4 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

2 garlic cloves

1 red bell pepper

1 large onion

 

extra:

20 skewers 

 

Preparation:

Press the garlic cloves in a press or cut very fine.
Mix all ingredients. Add breadcrumbs until you have a firm mixture.
Let the ground beef mixture rest for 10 minutes.
Cut onion and bell pepper in 1 cm squares.

Prepare:

Soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes.
Make small balls with the size of a soup ball and thread alternate with pieces onion and bell pepper to the skewers.
Fry the kebabs all brown in about 12 minutes.
Delicious with tzatziki sauce.
