Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe barbecue/spit-roaster, ground beef recipesPress the garlic cloves in a press or cut very fine.Mix all ingredients. Add breadcrumbs until you have a firm mixture.Let the ground beef mixture rest for 10 minutes.Cut onion and bell pepper in 1 cm squares.Prepare:Soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes.Make small balls with the size of a soup ball and thread alternate with pieces onion and bell pepper to the skewers.Fry the kebabs all brown in about 12 minutes.Delicious with tzatziki sauce. |
