Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe Dr. Atkins dietPreheat the oven to 175°C/350°F.Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with the salt to stiff peaks.Beat the egg yolks creamy and fold carefully into the egg whites.Spread the egg-mixture in a greased baking pan.Bake for about 10 minutes until the mixture is pale brown.Cut the egg-mixture, when cooled, in small pieces and use as stuffing in soup. |
