Soup stuffing

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1/4 teaspoon herb salt

3 tablespoons butter

Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F.
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with the salt to stiff peaks.
Beat the egg yolks creamy and fold carefully into the egg whites.
Spread the egg-mixture in a greased baking pan.
Bake for about 10 minutes until the mixture is pale brown.
Cut the egg-mixture, when cooled, in small pieces and use as stuffing in soup.
