Stuffed sole(2 servings)Ingredients:2 tablespoons butter1/2 teaspoon herb salt1 teaspoon lemon juice1/2 teaspoon horseradish powder5 drops of tabasco1/2 cup whipping cream1 can crab4 sole fillets2 tablespoons melted butter2 teaspoons lemon juicechopped parsley

How to prepare:Melt the butter. Add salt, lemon juice, horseradish and tabasco.Stir the cream in and bring, while stirring, to just off boiling (the mixture may not cook). Remove the pan from the heat and add the drained crab meat.Grease an oven dish, place 2 sole fillets on the bottom, cover with the crab mixture and top with the remaining sole fillets.Sprinkle a mixture of melted butter and lemon juice over the fish.Cook about 30 minutes in the oven at 175°C/350°F.Sprinkle before serving with chopped parsley.
