Ingredients:

16 cleaned scampi 

1 teaspoon vinegar 

garlic butter sauce 

2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

4 slices lemon

 

 

 

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 150°C/300°F.
Cook the shrimps 3 minutes in water with vinegar.
Warm the garlic butter sauce with grated Parmesan cheese in a sauce pan till the cheese has melted. Put the shrimps in an oven dish and pour the sauce over.
Place the dish 5 minutes in the oven.
Garnish the bowl with the slices lemon and serve with skewers.
