Ingredients:16 cleaned scampi1 teaspoon vinegargarlic butter sauce2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese4 slices lemon |
Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe Atkins dietPreheat the oven to 150°C/300°F.Cook the shrimps 3 minutes in water with vinegar.Warm the garlic butter sauce with grated Parmesan cheese in a sauce pan till the cheese has melted. Put the shrimps in an oven dish and pour the sauce over.Place the dish 5 minutes in the oven.Garnish the bowl with the slices lemon and serve with skewers. |
