Salad of the chef

(6 servings)


Ingredients:

1 small head lettuce

1 tomato

1 cucumber

3 shallots

1 can anchovy

1/2 bunch radish

1,5 cup French salad sauce

2 cups cooked chicken

2 cups ham

2 cups mature cheese

6 diabolic curry eggs

How to prepare:

Wash the lettuce, dry the leaves and tear in small pieces. Put the lettuce in large, shallow bowl.

Add the sliced tomato, peeled and cubed cucumber, chopped shallots, anchovy and sliced radishes to the lettuce. Spoon half of the French salad sauce over and mix well. Arrange alternately cubed chicken, strips ham and strips cheese around the salad.

Place 4 curry eggs in the middle of the salad and the remaining eggs on the edge.

Spoon the rest of the French salad sauce over.
