Meat balls

Ingredients:

5 tablespoons butter 

500 gr hover for conversion ground steak

1 tablespoon sour cream 

250 gr hover for conversion roquefort cheese

1 tablespoon herb salt

 

 

 

Preparation:

Melt the butter.
Mix meat, sour cream, cheese and salt well and make small meatballs.
Brown the meatballs in the butter.
Serve the meatballs hot with skewers.
