Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe Atkins dietMix ground steak, onion powder, salt and pepper well and make small meatballs.Dip the meatballs in the melted butter and brown in a non stick pan.At the table you can dip steak tartar balls in warm sauces:meat sauce, horseradish sauce or garlic butter sauce.Prepare during the first phase of the diet the hamburgers as described above and serve with a mix of 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (Danish blue or roquefort) and 4 tablespoons salted butter or margarine. Cover the cooked hamburger balls. |
