Hamburger fondue

Ingredients:

500 gr convert conversionsteak tartar

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

salt and pepper

2 tablespoons butter

How to prepare:

Mix ground steak, onion powder, salt and pepper well and roll small meatballs.

Dip the meatballs in the melted butter and brown in a non stick pan.

At the table you can dip steak tartar balls in warm sauces:

meat sauce, horseradish sauce or garlic butter sauce.

Prepare during the first phase of the diet the hamburgers as described above and serve with a mix of 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (Danish blue or roquefort) and 4 tablespoons salted butter or margarine. Cover the cooked hamburger balls.
