Basic cream sauce(18 tablespoons)Ingredients:1 cup butter3 egg yolks1/2 cup water1/2 cup whipping creampinch salt

How to prepare:Melt the butter au-bain-marie.Add one by one the egg yolks while beating with a mixer.Beat the whipping cream with the water and salt and add bit by bit to the egg yolks.Keep stirring till creamy (about 4 à 5 minutes).
