Coffee walnut cake
8 eggs
3 tablespoons powder coffee
12 drops of sweetener
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 liter
whipping cream
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
4 drops of sweetener
extra:
oil
baking pan (40x30 cm)

How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F.
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites to stiff peaks.
Stir the powder coffee and the vanilla sugar well.
Mix egg yolks, powder coffee, vanilla sugar, sweetener and walnuts.
Fold the well beaten egg whites in.
Grease a baking pan with oil. Divide the mixture over and place in the oven.
Bake the cake 13-17 minutes. Turn the cake on a wire rack and when cooled a little, wrap lenghtwise. Cover with a wet cloth and let cool completely.
Beat the cream to stiff peaks with the vanilla sugar and the sweetener. Unwrap the cake, divide the whipped cream and wrap again carefully.
