Coffee walnut cakeIngredients:8 eggs3 tablespoons powder coffee2 teaspoons vanilla sugar12 drops of sweetener1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/2 liter whipping cream2 teaspoons vanilla sugar4 drops of sweetenerextra:oilbaking pan (40x30 cm) |

How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F.Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites to stiff peaks.Stir the powder coffee and the vanilla sugar well. Mix egg yolks, powder coffee, vanilla sugar, sweetener and walnuts. Fold the well beaten egg whites in.Grease a baking pan with oil. Divide the mixture over and place in the oven.Bake the cake 13-17 minutes. Turn the cake on a wire rack and when cooled a little, wrap lenghtwise. Cover with a wet cloth and let cool completely.Beat the cream to stiff peaks with the vanilla sugar and the sweetener. Unwrap the cake, divide the whipped cream and wrap again carefully.
